Developed and launched a bespoke Colorado bourbon in collaboration with Ironton Distillery, crafted to complement the flavors of Blackbelly’s award-winning charcuterie. Led concept development, packaging design, and GTM strategy rooted in storytelling and elevated tasting notes—hazelnut, cream, nutmeg—resulting in a limited-release product celebrated for its complexity and smooth finish.

Designed and led a four-day wellness retreat at Ojo Caliente, integrating movement, meals, and mindfulness into a seamless desert escape.
